"Fantastic experience and quick MRI. Frank was a GEM and soothed my anxiety and claustrophobia by provided ear plus, eye mask, and a blanket for warmth. He is one of kind! Callie was also very kind and helpful when I questioned which radiologist was assigned me to today and assured me that he’d compare my prior MRI to today’s MRI and document any changes. Highly recommend this place! Be sure to park on the north side of building where their lobby is located. Hope this helps."

"Went to the center and was first concerned we were the only ones there. Then after dealing with the receptionist, we understood why. Very impolite and rude. We were told our co-pay was $100, then after we told her we didn't have a co-pay she said it was for a bill back in 2012. We said that wasn't my husband, she told us yes it was. We told her our son had he same name as his father and we had just went to Go-Imaging down the street 2 months ago. She was rude, and said, it's not your son, it's you. I kept my cool and left. If she believed it was us, that would have been one thing, but I can't help but believe that something else played a role in how we were handled. There are too many imaging centers in the area to deal with a medical situation with someone that's rude. We got an appointment with Northeast Memorial for the next day. I just don't want someone else who is going through medical issues to stop and deal with a place like this if you don't have to. The fact that the place was empty at 1:00 p.m. on a Tuesday should give you a clue. Hint: We were there for about 21 minutes and not a sole walked in."

"Walk in X-Rays are very fast and very convenient! They accept insurance and copay was reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hardly any wait time. Overall, I had a great experience!!!"

"The imaging center is very nice . When you enter the parking lot for the building it is better to go around the north side to the back for better parking as the suite is located on the southeast corner where there is parking to avoid a walk from the front of the building. The staff is quite friendly and the facility is clean . They disinfect the waiting area periodically and have TV s to watch while you wait. It is not particularly child friendly so bring something with you to entertain children if you have to bring them along."
