Want to point out two employees that went above and beyond and have exceptional customer service skills their names are Paul and khushboo they have made my stay here with my family a lot smoother. Also want to point out the cleaning staff does an exceptional job as well making sure the rooms are cleaned and sanitary. "Definitely have to take the time out to give this hotel a good review. The hotel is a great one especially for the price. Its in a good area across the street from the police station so it's safe. The lady at the check in is always nice and helpful even let u check in early if the a rooms are clean or one empty. I don't have any complaints I go every week when I come off the road the place is clean and definitely the best deal for ur money."

"We have enjoyed our stay with quality suites. My kids are enjoying the indoor pool, and breakfast in the morning is especially a treat. I want to highlight Paul because even though the staff is always friendly and helpful Paul stands out in the crowd. His hospitality goes above and beyond and is always consistent. My children like coming breakfast because Paul is always cracking jokes and keeps them laughing. Thank you! That means a lot for somebody like me who has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years."

"I have to find the place for pet Friendly. There are only few place in this area so I chosen this place for my gap of moving out of states between. The first few days on 3rd floor was not happy because of the room condition was so bed: carpet smelling and saw the mice that staffs caught after. BUT the manager changed my room to 1st floor with hardwood finished. The new room is clean a lot better condition. The bathroom has to renovates someway somehow. Staffs here - I want to recommend this place because of that. 1. Breakfast preparing by Paul- he always on time to prepared foods and make sure maintaining clean and fulfilling customer needs. 2 Front desk her name KHUSHBOO - she is very responsible and make sure all the customers needs. Also she does recognize customers and always says hello to us with her big smile, This place is very competitive on price wise. If you compare by 4-5stars yes this is not for you but if you looking for staying with your pets or needing stating long, I definitely recommend."
