"Got a defective item from the store. Went in to exchange it and all they could offer was 1/2 off the same item. So if it doesn’t work, I’ve wasted money on 2 defective items. Make it make sense. In response to your employees telling the customer to check for defects, no it does not always happen because I was not told that. I understand your return/exchange policy, but that doesn't change the facts. You sold a defective product and your employees are NOT upholding your store policy."
