"Nice hotel- only thing not mentioned is that the swimming pool is not heated even though it is indoors and no hot tub. I liked the hotel, it was quiet and most importantly clean. I would stay here again if in the area."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was wonderful and had more amenities than some Airbnb's I've stayed in. We slept well, the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a great hot breakfast, and the staff in the breakfast area were incredibly kind and eager to please. I want to shout out to Shekinah who provided excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again."

"Service was super friendly and helpful. We had plenty of questions and the staff was more than patient with insuring we had the best stay possible. All of the amenities were amazing including the pool, exercise room, laundry room, and so much more. Everything was clean and atmosphere was welcoming. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"Front desk was great she was very professional and helped my senior parents well. But her is the cons we had at the end of the week we asked a staff member is they're a shuttle to airport she said yes it's free let's schedule it we scheduled it the next day it was a taxi . We asked manager she stated they're is no shuttle. We told her we specifically asked young lady and that is what she said we were so lost and upset that she didn't know the facts and gave us the wrong facts please make sure every staff knows information so they won't experience what we experienced please ."

"This property doesn't deserve 1 star. I am a Marriott regular and this by far the worst property and experience I have ever had. Stayed for 5 nights and had nothing but issues the entire time, the staff are rude and don't care about guests, definitely should not be in the hospitality industry. The assistant GM is clueless ( I was told by the GM he had no experience when she hired him an it shows), the GM is rude and had a horrible attitude. Long story short they allegedly were refunding our stay, yet here we are over 3 weeks later and no refund. I reach out to the property and they've decided they're ceasing communication with us. I reach out to corporate and the woman there was just fine until she told me to give them 2 more weeks and I questioned why I should have to give them 6 weeks to process a refund; she then became rude and nasty and said she's arguing or explaining anything to me and threatened to hang up. I then requested a supervisor or manager and was transferred to another woman who was decent but didn't care about the situation and just said I have wait longer. In all m years of banking, I've never been told to wait 6 weeks for a refund to show up. This property is by far the worst I've ever seen in Marriott's portfolio and their customer service and "hospitality" has damn near disappeared. Save yourself the hassle and pay a little more for the Embassy Suites where you'll be treated right."
