"I had a disappointing stay at this hotel due to the poor attention I received as a customer. The staff was inattentive and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned, and basic amenities were lacking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others."
"Rooms were nice, the social gathering was nice besides the food being very limited and cheap. “Management” should not even be considered management since she was sarcastic, rude and not pleasant at all, seemed miserable to be there. Grills outside do not work at all and fire pit makes a horrible sound when lit, and Homeless people outside the doors with their stuff all over the place."
"I wouldn't recommend this hotel because my son in law was not treated correctly like he should have the last weekend of December for our family Christmas. The gentleman that waited on him was Family member and his wife was very rude and especially after l talked to another guy, that was wonderful 2 days before he was fantastic and l gave all the information he and he attached all the information to my profile. So my grandson and his wife could just check in. They still had issues. Poor communication at this hotel and definitely need some improvement on how to treat guests."
"Great location and rooms are as advertised. My complaint is with the front desk and their handling of guests, and professionalism. We extended our stay, but went through a 3rd party. There was some mix up with the "handshake" through systems, and the front desk made it seem as we were some squatters trying to pull one over on them. They demanded payment and insisted that it was my problem and were quite rude about the situation. Front desk was aware of the new reservation and legitimacy of it. Also took place roughly an hour after our original checkout time. Certainly no cause for alarm? A simple situation, with a simple fix, but their attitudes and reactions were insulting and unnecessary. We will strongly reconsider staying here again."
"I've been at this hotel since the beginning of September. The staff has been nothing but excellent. From K.P. to Webb they are always making me and others guest feel welcomed. They cleaning staff are very good and helpful as well as the maintenance guy I don't know his name off top but he is a great guy. I have no complaints about my stay. But hey if you're ever in Denton this is a go to hotel for sure."
