"Kind and friendly staff. Surprised at clean rooms well maintained and updated with wood floors. Breakfast on weekends. Price per week best in town. I highly recommend it esp for the comparable hotels"

"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!! I GIVE IT A BIG FAT ZERO RATING !!! No coffee pot. I had to go to front desk to ask if they had any coffee. The mother was nice and made me a pot. I go back 5 minutes later with my own cup because the ones they provide are miniture cups. I take my water bottle to pour coffee into to take back to the room for the 3 of us, and while I'm standing there putting cream and sugar in, the daughter comes out and falsely accuses me of snooping through the cabinets, how she thought she heard me or seen me going through the cabinets and verbally attacks me ! Then tells me coffee is only for the continental breakfast and I wasn't suppose to be having any since it's not a weekend. literally accusing me of stealing the coffee ! Then continued to argue and question my stay. She demanded my room # and name after I stood up to her in my defense. I had to tell her I was a paying traveler, not one of the homeless people that hangs around. I also let her know I would be giving this terrible review. (I don't think she cared) Ummmm...maybe she should tell her mom that then since her mom (or the other lady) made it for me ! WOW ! JUST WOW! I didn't deserve to be attacked Iike that ! Room stunk. Dirty sheets. Floors were dirty. Hardly any toilet paper with no extra roll for back up. Signs of bed bugs. And then found out through previous reviews this place is known for having bed bugs. Gave us 1 washcloth. The towel was like 24 x 12 inch. The walls dripped with nicotine and scum in the bathroom. ON TOP OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT : Continental breakfast is apparently weekends only."

"Truly the stereotypical bad hotels on. I just wanted a bed in an ice storm, and I paid $75 (no refunds) for a room with roaches and bed bugs. No wifi, terrible service...I wasn't in the room long enough to find anything else wrong with it, but everything I saw was awful beyond my wildest imagination"

"You get what you pay for. Rates are cheap in exchange for dirty rooms, key cards that malfunction, used towels, bug infestations, rude staff that try to check you out early, etc. Essentially look elsewhere unless you're looking for something dilapidated but cost effective. Overall a solid deal if you're broke, desperate, or both. However I'd still highly recommend Motel 6 over this. The price difference is barely noticeable and your stay will be significantly more enjoyable."

"I travel a lot so i’ve booked many rooms for a couple years now and this is by FAR the WORST experience i’ve ever had.. I was with a group of friends and we decided to check the bed and there were bed bugs the SIZE OF PENNIES. I called the front desk and told them what had happened and they said “sorry were fully booked and don’t provide refunds” so we decided to go to the front desk and show them pictures and videos and all they did was lock us out and laugh at us. They didn’t hear us out nor did they care. I’ve never felt so unheard over something so serious in my entire life.. Worst experience do not book."
