"My favorite DFW hotel. Superior customer service. Walking distance to 10 restaurants. Incredible team members. A special shout out to JC. She always has a warm smile, remembers guests, and she's incredibly attentive and helpful. Great job!!"
"I'm sharing a review because of the excellent service I received from Boba, who was very nice, welcoming, and helpful in my stay in the Fort Worth area. Rooms are very clean with a modern aesthetic. Rates are reasonable for what you get. Would stay again!"
"The rooms are so busy that you get distracted from the chipped shower floors and the dust on the walls. The body wash was 100% empty which makes me believe it was not really thoroughly cleaned perhaps? Or it could be easily overlooked. I wish newer hotels would eliminate carpets floors and fabric furniture. The sheets felt like they had been sprayed with a wrinkle releaser and it was not soft or cozy. The walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors t.v. and the mini fridge makes a ringing noise which I had to unplug just to get some sleep. This type of hotel is for the younger generation."
"We have stayed here a few times now. Always a great experience! On this trip we had an issue with a card. The Bonvoy app did something weird. Roxanne at the front desk with amazing and set it straight for us. She also got the fire pits going outside, so we could enjoy some time on the patio. All in all a great place to stay!"
