Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth/Forest Hill

"Older version, needs some refreshing. Outdated and small t.v. Pool is not heated, deputes the answer I got when making the renovation. Hot tub is hot but the water pressure isn't underwater, so the splashing is pretty noisy. Handset for the room phone didn't work but speaker phone did. Room service is optional and you have to ask. Near lots of fast food, but not much for sit down restaurants. Right next to the interstate so ask for a room away from the highway. Very nice breakfast and breakfast area, 24 hour coffee and tea, very friendly staff. Pet friendly."

"Stayed while a major plumbing issue was being repaired. Blessed to have a clean room, great staff, and wonderful service with an absolutely amazing breakfast. Stella is awesome and a part of the reason we joined the Honors program. If all Hampton Inns are this warm and hospitable, it will definitely be our choice stop when needed or when traveling, and we'll certainly spread the word."

"Loved my experience. First time staying at a Hilton Inn & and Suites. The room was nice and the bed was great. Loved the 12pm check out time as I arrived at 1am and was able to sleep in a bit. Also, breakfast was great with good food, the 10am closing time, and I loved the pick and go options as well. Breakfast attendant even brought us out waffle fruit toppings when we showed up at the end of closing. Made me and my moms experience wonderful."

"Check-in is supposed to be 3 PM room wasn't ready until almost 5 Pm. We drove 4 hours to get here in the pouring rain. All we wanted to do was relax, but we had to wait in the dining area until the rooms were ready. We eventually left for dinner and came back. Ruined our plans for the evening. Someone in one of the rooms was constantly smoking, stinking up the place. They had baby mama drama going on with kids being picked up and yelled at, and different folks just hanging around the lobby smoking in the parking lot and then leaving on foot. On our last day, I found a bullet hole in the window. So you be the judge on how safe it is. I'm never staying at this Hampton location again. That's unfortunate because it was $350 for 2 nights. The cleaning staff was friendly. That's about it. Edited 9/23 to correct the price of stay."

"I try my best not to complain as I’ve worked in hospitality myself before, but room 319 was just disgusting! My son had an accident in the bed so we decided to go ahead and strip the bed for the maid and to our surprise there were two large blood stains so we went ahead and put him in bed with us for the remainder of the night. There was hair in the shower, and we had REALLY loud people in the room next to us that went on for hours even after we called the hotel to let them know. The only reason I give the service 2 stars is because they did try a rectify the situation by giving us some of a refund. Wouldn’t recommend."
