"My EEG technician was super friendly and on time to set up and to come back and take everything down. During the EEG itself, the Stratus company was very good about communicating with me. "Showed up EXACTLY at tims that appointment was set for setup of test and end of test. Technical person was very professional yet friendly and made me feel at ease. All 23 wires remained attached to my body for the 72 hour test with only one phone call to me to press down on a specific spot on my head to tighten up the attachment of one probe to my scalp (excellent probe attachment glue). No problems sleeping with probes attached to head. Removal of wires from scalp was not time consuming nor painful. Residual water soluble glue came out of hair in first warm shower. Slight itch in scalp experienced. Would highly recommend test from a test protocol standpoint. Have not received results yet, so can not comment on report quality."

He was respectful of my home, considerate of my time with updates on when he would arrive and did a great job of hooking equipment up to me so it was as convenient as it possibly could be. My kids are already asking if he can come back. He took an experience I knew I was gonna hate and made it not that big of a deal. Thanks Fred"
