"Recommended to us by our insuarance. New and clean facilities. We went in to get an injury checked out at 11am. Their earliest availability happens to be at 430pm. They do not have an X-ray tech in after 4pm. I asked to be scheduled at another time, they said the tech only comes in once a week on Monday’s. Is the x-ray machine collecting dust the other 6 days. Maybe this is all legit, but the rude receptionist warranted this 1 star. Went somewhere else and was greeted with a smile and respect, and a wheelchair brought to me. My Monday is much better now."

"So I went in this morning with a sinus infection as I already knew what was going on. So I'm being told that my medications will be sent to the pharmacy and that was at 8:30 this morning. Here it is after 3:00 in the evening and my medicine still have not been done. How can you keep up with what medications have to be sent in if you're doing them all at one time in the evening. The Richardson location is the location where my doctor is and I haven't had a problem with that location yet. I will drive back to Richardson before going back to this location. In addition here we are more than 24 hours later and I still have not received my medications and I had to email them waiting on a response. This is the worst excuse for medical care I've ever seen"

"It is the most deplorable clinic I have ever had the misfortune of going to, the services are poor and hurried, the receptionists are quite rude and nasty. My X-ray appointment was canceled twice, my Pap Smear appointment was rescheduled without any notification or my consent. The receptionist said I could either take it or leave it. I need to find another hospital soon, change my PCP, and notify my Insurance company."

"I had an appointment as a new patient today and I confirmed twice that i would be there but when i was on my way to the clinic i got a voicemail saying i needed to reschedule because the office was closing for the day with no other explanation. I will find another PCP, this is very unprofessional."

"This place is part of the problem with healthcare. They sent a referral for the wrong imaging modality (mammogram vs ultrasound), it’s taking about a week to get the correct referral sent, and I show up for my lab appointment at 7am, nobody is there. My appointment was scheduled at 7, the sign on the door said they open at 7. I waited until about 7:30, nobody showed up so I had to leave. The provider, Alicia Jackson and the new person at the front desk were great."
