"Useless, Rude and top of that liars too? Crazy amount of bad reviews here, I'm just doing my duty to inform the public of how bad this company is. Not only did they pushed our work-order for an entire week, they did not even show up, called us or notify us via email. Called their line and the lady blatantly lied to my wife that we were already notified without even knowledge of who we were or which property we were calling about, after we called her lie out she hang up the phone. My home warranty assigned us this contractor and I couldn't be more frustrated with this outcome. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD."

"Was assigned this contractor by First American Home Warranty. They called and scheduled a 3-6p window to arrive. I left work early and got home at 2:30 to find they had already been by the house. They didn't call when they were on the way (I would have left work earlier and met them here), nor when they got to the house and nobody was home (I could have been here in 7 minutes). I called and got voicemail, and left a message. They didn't return my call, so I tried again the next morning. The person I spoke to said he was the one who had been out, and had it down for 1p on his paper. He spent a couple minutes explaining his process, and I told him I wasn't mad, I just wanted to reschedule. He asked when, and as soon as I asked if they had openings the same week, the call got disconnected (the quality was poor to begin with, and there was a storm, so I think it was an actual disconnect, not a hang up). I called back immediately, got voicemail, and left another message. I contacted the warranty company, and they said they sent the contractor a message a couple hours later asking them to get in touch with me. I called two more times that day and got voicemail. They never called me back. I had the warranty company assign the work to another company. tl;dr - they don't arrive during the scheduled time, don't call when heading to your location nor when they arrive if you aren't there, don't answer their phone, and don't return calls. Also note, almost all the positive reviews are 5 star reviews with no details from people who have only ever left reviews for this company. A couple of them have posted positive reviews on both locations. I'm pretty sure they are employees, family members or friends, not customers, trying to improve the company's image."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. They were supposed to come out and replace a breaker box. The first time we were told they wouldn’t be coming out because it was supposed to rain. It didn’t rain that day. We call multiple times, left Facebook messages, nothing. The owner finally calls back and says he will personally do the job that coming Wednesday. Guess what.. he never showed up. Fast forward to today. He tells our home warranty company that he is coming out today. He never showed up!! This man is a con artist and a thief!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Come to find out he had already been paid for the job. Please beware this man is a con artist! Update! We had superior electric come out and the got the job done in one day! I highly recommend them. And second.. this con man has 2 different electric companies. The other is called bluegrass electric. Don’t let him scam you twice! ****I would like to point out the 2 positive reviews are from his family members and they should be taken down. ****"

"We went thru our home warranty to get our attic fan fixed. Long story short, after begging for communication and follow up, A MONTH AND A HALF LATER, they came out and “fixed our fan”. We then had a roofing company come and give us an estimate on our roof and said our fan wasn’t working. We contacted our home warranty company to complain. They sent out a different contractor who said they Louisville Electric broke the fan blade and left the fan unplugged and said the job was done. I will NEVER RECOMMEND OR BE USING this company again."

"Was on time, if he was late gave a valid reason. He was very professional. We where unhappy about how some things turned out but he fixed them with no issue. Would call again."
