"Just booked an appointment for my daughter. Receptionist seemed in a rush, put out and honestly quite rude. I understand you might be busy- keep in mind patients and parents of patients might be nervous and scared as to what might be going on with their own health or the health of their child. Please have some empathy. I really hope appointment goes better than booking the appointment."

"My mom visited this place in summer 2022. Based on her experience, I do not recommend their services. Report from Akumin doctor that reviewed MRI was either deceptive/fabricated/… or the doctor is grossly incompetent. They said there were no abnormalities or cause for concern on MRI. Her primary doctor, orthopedic specialist, and I thought Akumin was wrong because of previous MRI results. The next week she had another MRI somewhere else and received an accurate report which correlated with other MRIs. She actually needed surgery. Did she file a complaint about the doctor and/or facility? No because we don’t know who messed up and if it was an accident or negligence. The DVD from Akumin wasn’t readable; they declined to provide imaging using alternate method. We don’t know if the error is because of the technician, machine, patient record mixup, or doctor. Contacting the state isn’t worth the time. She didn’t have issues scheduling her appointment, the wait time was reasonable, and the staff was pleasant."

"If I could give a higher rating I would! Excellent facility. Professional, caring, fast, and informative about each imaginary process. Told us about how the Open MRI was going to work. There are two kinds, a standing and a laying down version. Depends on your area on the body that needs to be viewed. Open MRI is so easy. You lay down, just close your eyes and there is only this large device over your head but it is open. Easy and comfortable. Artery imagining is easy as well! Can’t say enough about how calming and professional everyone from the front office, to the imaging staff were during each process. All at the top of their game! Keep up the great work!"

"I had an MRI done on my left knee and it was fine. The issue was when they tried to MRI my wrist and they made no effort to make me comfortable at the beginning and laid me on my stomach with my wrist up that made my torso arch towards the table with my shoulder lifted with my face down. This was too uncomfortable to bear for 30 minutes even after I received some of the pillows I requested. They seemed to have little regard for my comfort and seemed to want to just get me out of there. I had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room because they said they were running behind."
