"Outrageous bid! The A/C went out for our elderly neighbor in PRP. Baker's bid was over 4K$ for a repair and 9K$ to replace. Plus, they charged for the service call. Luckily, we got another opinion. Turns out it the thermostat needed a new battery. Diagnosis and replacement = $124 - saving her 3.9K$. Everything is working fine. Do not take their word for what needs to be done for repairs. They want your cash and their comfort - they aren't looking out for you."
