For walk-in testing, please call our lab 15 minutes before your arrival to avoid wait times and ensure a technician is available. When you arrive, stay in your vehicle and call (469) 565-8187 to notify us of your presence. Our technicians will bring paperwork and collect samples from your car to prioritize safety.

Words cannot express our gratitude to the staff for their help in going above and beyond to help us get our COVID test in time for our international flight this evening. My wife's COVID test from another facility still had not resulted and we were looking at missing our flight. When I spoke with i3 diagnostics from the airport, they worked on reserving a spot for us right away and even called back to confirm they could run the test right away. The staff were very kind and professional; my wife said this was the gentlest COVID swab she had ever had. When the results posted (they had it within 2 hours for us!) they called my wife right away to make sure we had the results and confirm that we could travel. Seriously, where do you find this caliber of customer service? It's rare to see this kind of follow-up, and we are so appreciative of their help.
