"This place is managed very well. Very organized and clean lots. Several tenants told me about this super friendly manager called Adrien. If i had any questions he was super informative."
"We stay at JFive RV Park when traveling for a soccer tournaments in McAllen. It is a great location!! Close enough to downtown McAllen, Convention Center, lots of restaurants yet far enough away for peace and quiet among the huge trees. Manager Adrian makes it super easy to check in. The park residents are nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here!"
"Love J-5 Park. Winter Texans are friendly and all are included in activities within the park. Park manager, Adrian, is willing to help everyone. The location is the best, close to shopping and restaurants but has has rural feeling (cows in field behind). Our 4th winter here and hope to come back for many more years! Only negative is there is need for upkeep of fences and lighting."
"Was here at J5 for the winter. We couldn’t have ask for nicer people. Manager Adrian was was the best. Very helpful and always working to make things better for everyone. He was number one. Dee in the office was so helpful also. Took care of all of us. Winter Texan are just one big family. I am so happy to have came back."
