"Rude front desk too busy on her phone to really help us. They knock on your door at 7:15- 7:30 to ask if you are leaving. Not worth $160 at all."
"Why I checked out early and did not book for next weeks stay……. 1. Security Lights outside in parking lot not working, work truck with tools not in secured lighted parking lot. 2. Internet intermittent on and off, connection to wifi but internet comes and goes. Nothing more irritating that a business person trying to do online work at a hotel that claims internet wifi available, but in reality has no service or has poor intermitting services. 3. Keys, not until I was booked in was I told that there were no working keys to rooms. I had to ask each time to be let into room, and had to wait at front desk for 5 minutes to get someone to let me in. Was given the vibe that I was trouble for asking her to let me in. Once I was told that she could not let me in until for some reason, I told her that I still needed to get into my room. 4. Customer service from the front desk is lacking and as if she could care less that a guest has chosen to stay at the hotel. I have stayed here over the years past and the place seems to be dis-regard in maintenance and up-keep, it seems its time to move on."
"I've stayed here several times for work. The employees are great and friendly. Food is really good. Rooms are clean and fresh."
"Hotel staff continuously wakes you up on a daily basis. Even if you do have a do not disturb sign. For 2 weeks I have been asking about the exercise equipment. None of it is working. None of the electronics in there anyways. No hot breakfast Friday - Sunday & the beds are trash."
"Very clean rooms, friendly staff and overall great service. The rooms were so nice and tidy, and the housekeeping service was amazing as well, always checking in on us. A special thank you to Julie for helping make this stay great. Definitely going to come again."
