"The office staff is warm and welcoming! They took time to help me through the appointment process since my doctor sent me over for an immediate concern. The wait time was minimal, and I was kept well informed of insurance approval. In contrast, the radiologist was friendly, but his comments made me feel as if I were imposing on his schedule as a walk-in patient. The scan took less than 5 minutes."

"The staff at this office is amazing. From the girl at the front desk to the staff in the back. Trent the CT tech was amazing. I always have to get the IV contrast with my CT scans and he had my IV in like a pro and he was just very social and distracting from any anxiety I may have had before I came in. Highly recommend!"
"The Tech at this place was very nice, put me at easy and the imaging procedure went very smoothly that is the only reason this is 3 stars instead of one. The rest of the staff needs a class on logic or communication. Before and after I kept getting the explanation that I had to Self Pay because the procedure was not considered necessary ( making sure you heart is not blocked!?) as if that is a sentence that is not completely bonkers. My insurance did not cover it but instead of giving that simple explanation the way a normal human being would they use the most convoluted insulting language and act like you're crazy for not accepting it."
