"Cute cabin in a great location, but the property needed work. The grass/weeds in the backyard were overgrown. We were afraid snakes were living there. Both of the showers/tubs had caked-on dirt and needed a good cleaning. The freezer wasn't cleaned well and had no tray to catch the ice cubes from the icemaker. The refrigerator shelves on door could have been cleaned better. Several of the utensils in the kitchen drawers were dirty. The glasses in the kitchen cabinets were dusty. One coffee cup I pulled out of the kitchen cabinet had mold at the bottom of it. The couches were dirty, and this could be why they have a billion pillows stacked on them - to hide the dirt. All of the blinds in the cabin were broken, except for the master bathroom. And lastly, the owner, Tom, did not reply to several of our text messages when we asked if we could check-out late (no one was checking-in the day of our check-out), but he did conveniently respond to our text quickly (and even called us) to collect our additional payment when we asked if we could come a day earlier than initially planned. This property could be 5 stars if all of the above issues are taken care of."

"This was my third time to stay in these cabins for a yearly girls trio. The cabins are amazing. They are on the water, extra clean and very cozy. The kitchen is stocked with w everything you need to cook a meal. I highly recommend staying here for a Frio experience."

"Great location and plenty of space, only concern I have is I would be more happier for cleaner place. The furniture and carpets are needed to be clean. Other than that it is a nice getaway!"

"This place is beautiful, relaxing and so kid friendly. Is so affordable and is right on the river. This is our second time staying here and is very private and the river access is the best."
