"I am beyond livid! No one called me to confirm if they received my orders via fax for 2 days now...Without those orders i cant be seen. I was promised a call back whether received or not so i would not drive during this horrible traffic with construction!!! Sure enough i make the 30 minute drive to be told they havent received the fax!!! Now i cant be seen and they rescheduled me...! Very inconsiderate. Time, money and gas lost!!! Their incompetence is baffling!!! And of course no one will reimburse you!! Go else where and avoid the headache!! And from the star rating I should have done that in the 1st place too!!! And they don't care! The nonchalant manner in which they just move on to reschedule you.!No patience or retrying."
"Took my mom for her appointment waited 2 hours just for them to register her. People got there after us and left before us. Girl in the front desk couldn't help answering why they were taking so long."
"Staff at reception extremely slow to start working. They were talking and talking until several of us started to complain they started to move faster process. I was around 50 minutes wait before they register me for procedure."
"Yes, the wait time is long. The receptionist was nice as well as the technicians. I was never told I had to pay $150.00. So when I received the invoice I was very surprised. That’s why I gave it a 3."
"My health insurance doesn't require a doctor referral, however they won't do the mammogram without one! Causing more work for my primary care physician! The mammogram results are mailed directly to the patient!! Have been in this office two other years, for mammogram. DHR sent me a letter 2 months ago to remind me to make an appointment. Letter trying to drum up business! You just lost a customer! You solicited me, I didn't solicit you!"
