"Not mad at this place at all. Considering we stayed in a resort costing $700 and couldn’t even take a hot shower the Riata was a welcome reprieve. Hot showers for the 3 of us. Decent bed to sleep in. We had heat to keep us warm. The place was plenty nice and the price was right. Had everything you could need."
"The value of the room was good. It is very well kept for a smaller place. The staff was nice. It's been a while but still getting around to my reviews. It was also clean. The pool was clean too. It's not going to be a big box "brand hotel" and it is not a resort. It is a nice simple peaceful place to sleep and relax while traveling. I think some people get unrealistic expectations sometimes. It is very close to Big Bend and it seems like it is booked a lot when we travel. So make sure you plan out your trip so you can get a good value."
