Did a one day install and it looks like a work of art. He gave me the grand tour of my unit over the phone because of my work hours. Answered all my questions and I paid him in full. "Was sold a used ac unit by the owner (James Key) who guaranteed it to be good. I paid a licensed HVAC company $400 to install it a few days later. The technician installed it then pressure checked it with nitrogen. It started leaking around condenser immediately! Contacted owner who was very cocky and rude! He said “those trane units don’t leak, you must’ve damaged it.” He helped me carefully load it into my $80k truck and I drove 2 miles home where I carefully unloaded it at site of install. He refunded $100 for the unit but I’m still out $400 for install! Owner is rude and very unprofessional to deal with! I do not recommend this company at all!"
