"Johnny, one of the front desk personnel, is always very professional and very helpful , I think she should be one of the managers for stanton confort inn hotel."
"Our room was never cleaned. The key cards constantly stopped working and had to be reprogrammed multiple times daily. At one point the card machine went down and the clerk had to let us in with a master key. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and I had to wave in the face of more than one staff member who had headphones in.Also the heated indoor pool was not heated and the pool doors were broken to allow anyone in without a key, which seems like a safety issue."
"I went to Stanton to celebrate Christmas with family and chose the Comfort Inn on I-20 to stay in for 3 nights and 4 days. The Comfort Inn was an awesome place to stay. My wife and I just loved the breakfast that they had for the guests. Belgian waffles, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, coffee, orange juice, milk, cereal, muffins, apple juice, cranberry juice, and more! It was definitely a nice stay at the Comfort Inn."
"No shower curtain? Had to clean the water after shower. Towels and pillows didn't smell cleaned. The sheets were clean and the room was pretty descent but the TV turned off automatically after someone tried the wrong door at 1am or something and I was kinda surprised for a sec."
"Man the only reason i stayed here was because they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Mainly because of the hot tub. What do you know? The hot tub wasn't even working. It was warm at best. It definitely wasn't hot. Then the jets didn't even work. I went to the front desk and asked, Is the hot tub working? "No they still haven't fixed it yet. It's been broken for a while now". Other than the hot tub incident, my stay was pretty good. The place is pretty quiet. My room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was on point. I was very impressed with the breakfast food. Even though the hot tub was broken it's not enough to give this hotel any less than a five star review. I will recommend this place to my company employees and I'll be staying here again next time I'm out that way. Keep up the great work y'all."
