"Absolutely a great experience that I knew/know nothing about. I took in my Bulova and my wife's Hamilton. My Bulova needed a simple battery change, but my wife's Hamilton needed a new stem--the piece that changes the time and date. I asked him about switching out my leather band for a steel one. He called Bulova, and they said they didn't make one for my watch, but he figured it out. He did this in less than 24 hours, and at a price that left my jaw on the floor---Not what you think! I found the price to be absolutely fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair when it comes to price! I highly recommend."
