"A great value! The rooms are nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will add the beds are very hard, this doesn't bother me, and I don't care considering how cheao the rooms are, but something I'm sure some consider a deal breaker. Excluding the beds, the rooms are very clean, the toiletries are high quality, the grab and go breakfast was better than expected (I appreciate the variety), and rooms come with a microwave and fridge."

"Fantastic motel for our trip to and from Colorado! Clean rooms, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, and the loveseat was a nice touch. As one reviewer stated, don't judge a book by it's cover - this place is terrific, and the price can't be beat. In trips past we had stayed in hotels/motels in Amarillo, Lubbock, Dumas, and Dalhart - but recent reviews in these areas painted a bleak picture. Take a slight detour, possibly an extra 15-20 minutes added to you trip, to stay at the Friona Inn - it's worth it!"
"Don't judge a book by its cover. Although the outside looks a bit like a mad magazine cover, the inside is, well. Let's just say that it was the first motel I have stayed in, which I could afford, that didn't bitterly disappoint me. They have remodeled it all a d it is is clean and modern. They are very nice as well. We will return."
