"Dr Pierce may be great but her office staff is not trustworthy. When trying to get a patient Home Health coverage, it took two weeks of phone calls and an in person visit, just to get ahold of the office nurse. We were lied to multiple times about communication that was supposed to be happening. We would leave a voicemail for the nurse and then a medical assistant would call us back refusing to work with us and saying the patient did not want our services when we were in daily contact with the patient as she is wondering where we were in the process. It is a mess over there!"

She is a fine Dr. And will assure you if your medical concerns are not able to be treated on her level of practice, she will refer you to a specialist. Dr. Pierce listens to your concerns. Her current N.P. is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Joan is a good listener as well. They are always prompt and courteous. No 1 hour wait to get seen. Their office staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful."
