"As with any doctors office I always go knowing it will take many hours to be seen and properly cared for; that being said the staff here is nothing short of amazing and professional. I never feel like they're rushing and I always feel like they take their time to care for me and my concerns. I myself have worked in Healthcare and it can be very stressful, but the staff here is very kind and even sweet to little kids.I over heard them talking to a child and they were sweet and playful. It sounded to me that the youngster wasn't scared or stressed when some kids can be.. I will always come here and always refer people as well."

"Took almost an hour for the new woman to put my daughters paperwork into the system. The one training her used the excuse of my daughter is now. NOPE! Been to many clinics and it only takes about 15 minutes max. She didn't know how to type or even run a debt card. Seeing the doctor my daughter was in and out in 10 minutes. How about training people before they start working with patients. Next time I'm going to the ER... I'm sure if I was using insurance it would have taken her much longer."

"I had a great experience with After Hours Care after becoming very ill. Like most urgent care facilities/after hours care, there is going to be a wait. That is to be expected. I went in there and waited till they took be back and they were very thorough. Dr.Brown and his staff were super friendly and kind. My nurse was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for my well-being. You could tell these people are in this career because they truly care. I've gone to this location multiple times before and have never had a problem with the staff. It's truly disheartening to see individuals who come in to any Healthcare facility and demand to be seen immediately with non life threatening problems and scream at the staff because they have to wait. Please be kind to Healthcare workers. They don't deserve that."
