"Everyone’s seen the rave reviews on Lovesac online and from influencers, and as much as it pains me - they’re all right. I walked in not sure what to expect, and left having bought a damn couch. Anyone can look up the Lovesac offerings, this review is more for this specific location itself and the employee, Nathan, that we dealt with. From the instant we walked in, Nathan was immediately there to see how and if he could help us. Extremely patient, polite, and kind even with my daughter being a bit… well, toddler. I probably asked Nathan about 100 questions, changed configuration and fabrics nearing 20 times. All met with a smile, good humor, manners and exceptional professionalism and knowledge about what he’s representing. If the managerial staff actually pays attention to these reviews, you need to acknowledge Nathan’s performance via a raise or something of similar value - he is 110% the reason a sale was made today. A good shopping experience in today is somewhat hard to come by, and this was a breeze and actually enjoyable - purely because of Nathan. Y’all getting the picture? Take care of him."
