"First time in the shop and was warmly greeted. My son's bike needed a brake adjustment and they stopped what they were working on to help us out. While doing that, they mentioned a recall on the brake calipers and provided information on how to get that squared away. Very impressed with the Bicycle Face team and will be back to purchase a new ride for myself."
"Great experience today! I developed a noise in the front brake on the trail today. Stopped by to drop off my bike and get to work. I was promptly greeted by Nate at the door and he offered to assist me. He told me I could leave it but he would have it fixed in a matter of minutes and he did! Nate also adjusted a couple other things for me and I was gone in no more than 10-15 minutes. Thanks Nate!!! I'll be back to see you guys. Great customer service."
"These guys are super nice, friendly, and helpful. I bought my Specialized bike from them last year. I took it in today for them to tighten up a loose part. They also fixed a couple other things and advised me about wear on my chain and shift cable. Glad to do business with them."
"Called to ask if they can look at my mountain bike - it was clicking and making noises. They were busy but if it was quick fix , he said he will look and fix it. Got there and didnt wait too long and it was easy fix so he changed chain for me and done same day! And brought flat tire next visit and got it fix right away too! Cool place to wait around big space and they even have beer on the tap! Thank you!!"
