"The location is nice and central to the downtown area. It’s a quiet community for the most part once you get used to the sirens from nearby hospitals. I’ve lived here 3 years and though it’s changed management a few times I love my apt and the area! I’ve not seen any bugs since I’ve lived here which is also a plus"

"Horrid place to live. Management is ineffective, inefficient, and rather unpleasant to deal with. Will try and evict Willy nilly without even negotiating a payment plan with you and then send your record off to some shady collections agency. Whitney Wilson (the manager of the property) was borderline impossible to be reached, as she was “out to lunch” more often than not. Property is poorly maintained, often having A/C or heating out for weeks at a time. The elevator was out of order on average about 3 days every two weeks. Walls are paper thin, meaning you can hear the family next door and their two demon spawn screaming all hours day/night. Looking back on it, I enjoyed being homeless more than I enjoyed living here. Don’t give these pigs your money, let ‘em’ starve."

"Let me start off by saying DO NOT LET THE SPIRAL STAIRCASE WIN YOU OVER!!! The apartments are cute…. that’s it. The building was just took over by hayes gibson (1.8 stars on google) since taking over I think our ac was been out at least 3 times. Our AC has now been out for a week straight and have the management in this situation is laughable. The property manager is super nice and She is the only one I think that actually cares. The upper manager (Jonathon Zeman) is a JOKE. I called him on day 7 of no AC and my apartment averaging 90 degrees and asked for our rent to be prorated and deduct the days we have not had ac because it is not inhabitable for me and especially my dog. The first 4 days I said nothing and boarded my dog. On day 5 I started getting irritated because the only accommodation we were offered was public libraries we could go get ac at to cool down. Finally on day 7 of no AC when the heat index is 100 I talk to Jonathon who basically tells me i’m over reacting and my dog is perfectly fine staying in my 90 degree apartment all day while I am at work and it was my choice to board her and that they didn’t force me to board her so they won’t compensate us for anything. Even though our apartment is insufferable. He then said they have known about this repair since may because the previous property management company scheduled the repair. Yet only notified us 48 hours in advance so no one had anytime to figure out where they could stay or save money to get a hotel for the nights we can’t sleep in our apartments. My neighbors have slept in their cars for 3 nights because it’s cooler in their car (not turned on) then it is in our apartments. This place is a joke thanks to Hayes Gibson. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but their 1.8 stars on google is generous. Also note Jonathon preached to me on the phone how the building was neglected by past property managers when he himself was a property manager of this exact building in February of last year because he gave me my tour before I moved in. So the building was definitely neglected if He was the one running it."
