"Not the best experience with Service Rentals. Rented a small excavator from them, less than 4 hours runtime and the track came off of the hub. We was able to get it back on and a few minutes later it came off again. I called them and they said they would send a technician out to fix, but would charge a service fee. Technician showed up and put track back on, within a few minutes the same track came off again. Technician put track back on, I called and told them to come get it. They kept saying it was operator error. They ended up up charging us $219.50 for service charge.The operator has been running equipment longer than most of them has been alive. I will not and do not recommend renting from Service Rentals."
