"Bonnie helped us get the perfect dining set after sitting down with us and going through options for about an hour. Loved the catalogue options they have. She was very helpful and patiently showed us so many options. We ended up getting a full dining set and a carpet to go with it. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to look into more custom options."
"We ordered an expensive dining set from Glam furniture. When delivery men came in, they noticed that color of the table was totally different from chairs. They left the chairs and took the table back. They brought the table a few days later. The color of the table still is different from the color of chairs. When we contacted them about color still not matching, we are told that they will not provide the matching table. They are asking us to return the set by surrendering 30% as restocking fee. We are being penalized for their fault. Attaching picture from catalog of what we ordered and what we received"
"I was shopping at the last minute for my daughter’s vanity for a Christmas Present. Bonnie was amazing, She gave us a great deal and got it delivered the same day at no charge. Delivery driver was also so amazing, He removed his shoes, was nice, respectful, and, very careful. It was my first time shopping here and it was a great experience. I will definitely be back.."

"I’m a loyal customer to Glam Furniture. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! There was a mix up with my order and the owner personally came to my home to bring me the correct item. The owner never makes excuses, he only cares about making it right and making sure the customer is happy. I won’t shop anywhere else, because I know I will not get this level of customer service.
