"Will not shop at this GameStop or any GameStop again. Purchased the replacement plan for two controllers and have never had a problem with replacing them until tonight. Took the controllers in to replace and didn’t know that apparently the policy had changed on but while I was try to explain the guy behind the counter that previous time I’ve just exchanged them for whatever they had and just paid the difference. While I was trying to explain this to him he stand on his hippie toes and proceeds to raise his voice saying I have to order these because we do not have them in stock. I swear this generation anymore is rude but anyway I will not shop at this GameStop again I will go to another store and exchange them but this will be the last time I ever go to GameStop!"
