"Horrible customer service at The Sikeston store. I am a long time Cato customer, I usually love going. I am new to this area and went in tonight for the 3rd time and again Horrible service. All 3 times I have been In This store Noone ever asked me to help and was rude and quick to dismiss my question when I asked for help. But I actually found what I was looking for 10 mins after was told they didn't have the item.Now I don't expect every cashier/clerk to know every item in the store but when there is 3 cashiers and 3 customers 1 could help make those sales instead of standing at register gossiping."
