"There was product on the shelf for sale, and they wouldn't let me purchase them because the we incompetent of doing there just. They said they wouldn't scan that the Manger hadn't put them in the system yet, they were on the rake. I ask for a rain check or something she was rude and didn't even know what that meant"

"I was in family dollar looking for shoelaces. Couldn't find them. So I asked the clerk. She says give me second. Rings somebody up. Well another guy asked where the batteries were. She told him! I said Oh you can tell him where the batteries are but you can't tell me where the shoelaces are! Horrible service!"

"The lady working when I was there had a horrible attitude and zero customer service. She was not helpful at all. She walked by me twice and when I asked for assistance finding what I was looking for. She simply walked on as if she didn't hear me. The store had little to no organization things were haphazardly strewn a out the store, just put on a shelf where it fit. I would not rate this store as anything above a zero. They are not deserving of it. The one star is because I have to post this review"
