"Lived there three years. The office and maintenance was always there when we needed them. Always friendly and took care of everything in a timely manner. Moved out because we bought a house. If I had to move back into a apartment I would definitely choose them again. I appreciate Nicole, Zack, and everyone else that is there."

"While happy with the location of stores and restaurants, our stay for the year we lived here wasn’t the best. A lot of drama from our surrounding neighbors we were forced to listen to despite complaints. Constant Marijuana smell throughout the hallways and vents. To top it off we left our apartment in spotless condition and never received our deposit back. I called the office several times after 60 days which is the legal max to withhold a deposit in KY. I was re-directed several times to other office numbers that never responded to my call or voice messages. I recommend you find elsewhere to live."

"Zack with Park Lake Apartments made the move-in process fantastic. We were able to apply, tour and sign the lease very easily with no issues and Zack answered any and all questions we had. Coke move in day, everything was smooth sailing due to how easy the process was to sign the lease. We are enjoying Park Lake so far and all of our concerns have been remedied quickly! Highly recommend this apartment, and that says something coming from another apartment we were with for 4 years. (Left them a bad review, they were awful)."
