"The unit looks nice, but I cannot reccomend enough to stay away. Management is awful to deal with (if you can get in contact with them at all), and service requests take much longer to get any response. An overall stressful living environment, and when you finally leave expect to be charged for carpet that was already old when you moved in, and everything under the sun they can come up with. I would also note that in the 2 years I lived here there was a murder suicide and a police standoff, both seperate incidents."

"I lived there for 2 years. Beautiful apartments, had the 3 bedroom deluxe and it was very spacious. It is a steep rent for them going cheap on a few things. The big one for me was the fact they went cheap on the walls, fairly thin walls, you can hear people in thier own apartments around you, alot more then my past places I lived, noticeably. The people below me always complaining when it's not like we were having a dance off or anything, not sure how bad normal walking sounded for them. Don't feel as much privacy for the price with the thin walls. Its like they went with the "appearance" of luxury apartments to have the rent so high. They are really good in appearance on the inside though, loved the stand up shower and the walk in cupboards, closets and high ceilings. Another thing is outside railings made of cheap pvc type plastic instead of metal, like it would be easy for someone to knock through it if they fell plummeting a couple stories. It's the little things like that you expect to be better for the 1.7k a month."

"**UPDATED REVIEW** UNIT: 1 Bedroom Standard Overall great place to live. A new apartment complex with nice amenities inside and out. Pool is super nice during the summer months. Overall staff is friendly but can be busy from time to time. Charcoal grills around complex for outdoor cooking and grilling. PROS: - New complex - New Appliances - Low energy bills for 1 bedroom apartment - Hookups for washer and dryer. - Ceiling Fans in Bedrooms and Living Room. CONS: - Wished it was a gated community as there is a ton of local traffic. - Lawn maintenance occasionally done on Saturday on Sunday which can disturb a quiet weekend. - Apartment prices are a bit high but they are new apartments. - Water and Sewage is not included in price. - Maintenance could do a better job of keep trash and grounds in better condition and ensuring vehicles in parking lot are not abandoned, broken down or wreck and left for long periods of time. (3 out of 5). - No Doorbell (not that knocking is hard) UPDATE: After two years of living here things are starting to go downhill. So far everything in my apartment is ok, but this was a new complex when I moved in. Apartment complex is pushing a "trash service" to take everyone's trash out and charging everyone extra for it when they renew their lease. Was told by management that cable/internet will be included next year and will force the individual renting the apartment to take the package and charge them more. - Grounds keeping all summer 2021 has been terrible. Plants are dying and weeds growing everywhere. See pictures - If trash service isn't running (holidays, etc.) Trash will pile up outside the dumpster. See pictures. - Exterior of buildings are chipping (doors, patios.) See pictures. - Trash everywhere along the property. - recycling company will not empty recycling if a box is in front of dumpster. See pictures - Exterior lighting is constantly out. Posing a security risk to individuals at night especially ladies and children. At any given time up to 10-25% of exterior lights are out including garages. - buildings are extremely dirty and haven’t been cleaned/pressure washed in two years. CONCLUSION: Not sure its worth 1000-1600 dollars a month."

"Great place to live! Everything in the apartments is brand-new. It's clean and quiet, no issues with the neighbors. Maintenance works great - a small issue with our furnace was fixed same day."
