"Ok, so on a real note here, me and my family has only been here for about 4-5 months. Gotta say I was skeptical about moving here after reading the reviews. Most of the reviews are out dated or not painting a true picture. But I actually glad I signed the lease here. Obviously nothing is perfect and everything has something wrong with it but this apartment isn't actually that bad. I've seen apartment a lot and charging a lot more then here. Maintenance overall is good. They took care the apartment and come by once a month to check for any issues (which I think is actually helpful) but I never had a issue out of my apartment where I actually need to call maintenance to help. Well I have a five year old and he manage to clog the toilet but they came and fixed the issue right away which is something I never seen happen before. The landlord she is actually really cool. Super straight forward with what they expect and open about the lease. Neighbors overall are pretty good to. Never have a issues with them either. And the fact I've see at least once a week of people to take care of the grass and everything is awesome. Idk I could honestly keep writing about the apartment but I have a child to take care of. But you want a basic apartment with decent pricing and decent looks then here you go. Welcome home."

"This place, Turtle Creek, is horrible! I wouldn't let an animal stay there. Plus, for the manager who left this reply. He is a flat out liar! I left owning NOTHING!! The complex, and the landlord = Slum area! = Slum Landlord! Face it, that's what your leadership, sums up! Now I give a zero."

"I rented there almost a year ago. Now I have a collection against me for over $500.00 because they cleaned the apartment, replaced the blinds and repainted with Killz. I never painted the walls, only damaged one set of blinds (which was reported because I accidentally did it). The aparatment above me constantly had water leaks and when I would call to report it, no one was available. The other tenants of the building constantly smoked pot, even though the expressly says no drugs. This complex is seriouly and egriously reverse discrimination. I owe for one set of blinds, the reset of the $500.00 is the cost of doing business. DO NOT RENT here, I know I won't ever again."
