"Management is poor. Apartments are ran down and over priced for the quality of living. Drug usage is at an all time high in the complex. You can't trust your neighbors or the leasing office. They also have a partnership with on call towing and will have your car (towed) stolen for an under the table cut. The pool has only been opened once in the last 7 years. The only positive thing I have to say is that the maintenence crew is diligent and hardworking but they have entirely too much on their hands. Oaks @ St. Andrew or Parkwood Place. Whatever they change the name to they're still trash!"

"Maintenance takes forever to fix anything have to put in multiple requests they are raising rent on my next lease by over $300 so they can get all section 8 people back there I mean what about the people that actually pay rent and work I'm working to pay for people to live for free they shouldn't be able to up rent by over $300 in a one year lease and I've never been late on my rent that's a big"
"If I could give ZERO I WOULD There is NOTHING GOOD ABOUT LIVING HERE… People drive through here ALL DAY, ALL NIGHT BUMPING LOUD MUSIC THERE IS NO ORDINANCE FOR THAT! if ur desperate and do not care how you live then Disregard my review. I wish I was warned But if you care about your surroundings and if you are tended to by proper maintenance then you will not be happy here! Period. She pretends to be nice of course when you first meet then as SOON as ur money is paid in full Instant ignoring you and your concerns the carpet will never be cleaned the hallways are gross Etc I could go on and on oh yeah they have a pool!! But you will never know it They Raised the rent why..????"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This deserves a 0 star review!! They will not give you back your deposit after leaving, even if you follow the checkout list on your lease. They will lie and refuse the refund! There is flies and bugs everywhere! The management team is extremely hard to get ahold of, and when you finally do get ahold of them, they are USELESS! They come into the apartment unannounced. The "pest control" isn't done properly. I have on camera them coming in, looking through my stuff, being rude to my pets, and NOT spraying for bugs. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!"
