"One of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had, we walked in and there was trash all over the halls, we unlocked the door to our apartment and the inside was so dirty, we were prepared to just clean up and move in until we seen at least 10 ROACHES!!! & a bathtub filled with gnats. We emailed Mel with pictures of everything and waited the whole weekend for an answer, on Monday 2/26/24 we went into the office to speak with him about what we could do and INSTANTLY he was being rude and snobby saying they did a walk through and didn’t see any bugs, so we did a walk through with the maintenance man (Mel couldn’t even be bothered to leave his chair and come look with us) and as soon as we walked in there was a roach on the wall that we had killed on the 23rd…somehow they didn’t see that on the walk through? Anyways I pointed it out to the maintenance man and he just looked & didn’t say anything back so we pulled out the fridge (even though they said they already pulled it out and checked) and there were two roaches right under it, one dead one moving. We ended up being able to cancel our lease but overall I would avoid this place they are disrespectful and dirty."

"Mel in the office always does what he can to make sure our problems are solved. I needed a new dishwasher and had it installed within days. I absolutely trust that he always does his part to get what needs to be done done."

"I read the reviews here, and even had a first hand person tell me not to move in here. I was very anti moving here at first but me and my husband made the choice that not everyone's experience will be the same and we have found that the NOTHING we were told has been true. Our apartment is VERY clean, smells wonderful, every week someone comes and cleans the hallways, Mel in the office has been positive and helpful and truly cares about our experience in our home. He was very quick with getting us approved and moved in and very upfront about the prices from the start. Our heat was not working from where it hadn't been used all summer and they were out the same hour to fix it with smiles on their faces while being here they made sure to let us know that they want to help and want to be there if we need them. The day after the work order was put in management called to assure the problem was fixed and make sure we were satisfied. All staff is new and being dealt a hand they didn't break but are fixing it into something truly wonderful. I found a place i'm proud to call home. Please don't let the negative reviews steer you away. I have never once made a review on ANYTHING but this place doesn't deserve the rep it's getting and it deserved some light shed on it. My husband and myself could not be happier with the experience we have had and i'm sure will continue to have. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to make their own."

"Get better security! I tried to tell the owners how desperately it is needed. The few cameras on the office building do not deter anything, and they only record a small portion of the property. It's not their fault that vehicles are stolen or constantly being vandalized, but they could put more effort into providing a safer community. Step that up and pay attention to trash detail and this property has potential. I certainly wish better security was in place, and I advise everyone already living here or thinking about moving here to provide your own security devices."

"3 months living on site. They agree on a rental price and then add various fees (I paid about $300 more for the 3rd rental). Very dirty corridors, disgusting. They only clean once a month. Terrible maintenance service. People smoking marijuana freely in the living area and hallways. I am disappointed. I'll pay the fine and I'm looking for another lease.Don't be so crazy as to move here. After this assessment I made, things got a lot worse. It took me like 6 weeks waiting for the dishwasher to be replaced, 2 weeks waiting for the air conditioning to be fixed... after discussions they put a small air conditioning unit in my room... the kids on vacation and the unbearable heat... We have to sleep all piled up in the same room and they don't solve the problem. We are going into the 3rd month without cleaning the hallways. A resident and I are cleaning up. The treatment here is absurdly ridiculous. I would be very happy if they terminated my contract and refunded my deposit."
