"After filled out application and pay all fees , supposed the apartment key give me on August 7 . Today August 24 they did not call me , I don’t have my apartment’s key , no one answer the Phon . Was in three times in person at different working hours an the office is closed.I am very disappointed with the office service"

"Please if you move in here, be weary of Management adding fees or refusing to answers questions in a timely manner. There's not number for Residents to call Manger and if there was someone I could talk to higher up I would but I can't even seem to find that information. Trust me they just want your money and then we'll kick you out over nothing."

"Having lived here for nearly a year and I can that this is a good place to live. Issues are resolved fairly quickly and throughly, and the staff is polite and easy to communicate with. Improvements have been made during my time here, including new countertops and sinks. And while there are no laundry hookups in the units themselves, each building has easily accessible laundry facilities. Overall this is a nice community to live in."

"I have had a great experience here for the three years I have been here. The amenities are great(shower, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) and the atmosphere is VERY comfortable and cozy. I do a comedy blog and the apartment surroundings make it conducive to creating ideas that help write the blog. The staff has always called back and have addressed my concerns and maintenance issues very well. Plus it's in a neighborhood where I'm only minutes from the grocery store, good restaurants, good shopping. Heck, I'm across the street from one of the major parks in Louisville. Because I like to follow Kentucky and Louisville in sports, I am comfortable during the evening listening on the radio as they compete against the opponent. I love it here. My only complaint is that my rent was increased substantially and I have rented from places where the rent went up, as to be expected, but usually at ten to twenty dollars at a time. I would like to see this addressed, if possible. Otherwise, again, I love it here. I have always been a landlord's dream and pay the rent on time and be a good citizen that represents the apartment well. I have a solid family support system which helps to keep me going.
