"Great apartment complex been here for a year now and I have had no issues management is great and good at communicating maintenance is good. Also always responds in a timely manner. The grounds are kept up. The apartments are really nice inside and out very spacious. I would recommend these apartments to anyone."
"When moved in at the beginning of 2020 and the apartment was still new and was under a totally different management than it is now. Let’s just say we miss the old management. We still live here and honestly I’m ready to go. The management and maintenance sucks. There has been numerous of time where the tub upstairs has had a crack and has leaked into our apartment causing electrical problems and wet carpet and they didn’t really fix it. You can never get ahold of anyone in the office. They keep switching the way you pay rent and the new portal we have now, doesn’t even work. Price isn’t bad because it’s still a descent price since we are original occupants from 2020 when they first opened. Basically the apartments are nice but the walls are thin, you hear EVERYTHING, and management and maintenance sucks!"

"Worst place ever. My roommate and I were living there for a year and it was the worst. Horrible management since the beginning. And lacks of morals. We pay a $900 dollars deposit. We never got it back. Not only that, but after six months of no communication from them. No even a letter or an email. They send us to collections. When I tried to called them I noticed they always send me to voicemail. My friend let me borrow his phone and they answer first time. They refused to help me saying they change management. Even though they send me to collections recently. They messed up my credit, they refused to help me and now they want me to pay another 1000 dollars. Just because we were young doesn’t mean you can take advantage of us"
"Had a great experience the year I lived there now that I have moved out which was February 29, 2020 I haven't received my deposit money back at all I was told I would be receiving it which has been through text I understand the situation that we are currently in but I need my money I payed first months rent and deposit on time now I would like my refund back please and thank you. The apartment was in excellent condition when I left also!!!"
