"Went on a Wednesday as the office person said to come back next day. That was a Tuesday. Brought money order and completed app as told. Drove 20 minutes to get there. Told to come back? A 3rd time?? Beautiful view. Atop steep hill. Only to be told no. App day was tomorrow or Thursday. Only. Wouldn't even look at the app. Wouldn't allow us to leave it. Whoever was in the office on Tuesday? Had the info all wrong. The apt they were shown on Tuesday was a model. They were led to believe that apt was for rent. The lady on Wednesday said there were a 1st floor and two 2nd floor coming open in 2 weeks. The gal on Tuesday? Said no 1st or 2nd floor only 3rd. But available now. The one they were shown. The couple did not want to go back Thursday. Understandably. 3 days in a row? And we were the only ones there. So they weren't too busy to even take the app and money order?. Beautiful view. Apt looks nice. Nice play area for kids. Would have some concern getting down the hill in bad weather. That steep. Office people seem to have alot of miscommunication. Bad info."
"Apartments are nice, the view is amazing and the maintenance is great, but it’s very poorly managed. No one is ever in the office, and it’s very difficult communicating with anyone from the company. The kids are the biggest problem. They completely run the complex and throw their trash everywhere. The parents here just don’t care, and management doesn’t either. There’s been a lot of criminal activity here but they don’t care. I can’t wait to move out."
