Situated in the historic capital of Indiana, residents have easy access to shops, banks, post office, grocery stores, and medical facilities. Meals-On-Wheels and visiting home health aide services are available, and Blue River Services offers transportation to hospitals and doctor's offices at a reduced fee. The community also has a senior shuttle bus for errands and social activities like bingo and card games in the community room. The Service Coordinator helps residents apply for entitlement programs and address any needs they may have. Income limitations apply, and applications can be found on the website. "I have a very close family member that lives here. Norma the building manager is always on her about something she minds her own business and doesnt bother anyone. Norma has harassed her about the smallest things. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE. Its supposed to be elderly housing but its not...supposed to be rent controled but its not. The apartments need to updated the kitchen is so very small the apartments themselves are way to small for anyone with any type of furniture to live in..the moral around here is very negative there isnt an option for negitatve stars or I would have done that!!!!"

"Went to check these out for my grandmother the lady up front was very rude I think she had redish hair! Plus it smelled like urine from animals or some other unexplained reasons. But there was a lady that I spoke to she lived there I think her name was Edith or Elaine. She was very sweet I would of gave this place a one star but the little ole lady I spoke to she increased it 2 stars place was nice on the outside. I liked how if u wanted to smoke you had to go outside thats a plus so if u cleaned the urine smell and switched ladys with the nicer one then would definitely be a 4 star place! BTW this was a week of 2 ago so it might smell better now and the safety guidelines were awesome as well.. oh yeah one more thing the residents there was super friendly as well...."
