"I lived here for 4 years, my ac was broken 3 of those years, my water leak only got fixed after i finally decided to break my lease among many other issues that never got fixed, way too expensive for how bad the maintenance and management is."

"Went there to help move someone in and it was horrible. The carpet wasn't down at all the vents covered in black mold and dust no washer or dryer and when one were installed the pipe ruptured and flooded the childrens room"

"Like having your AC and toilet broken for more than 3 days at a time? This is the place for you. Like paying for you own plumber to fix the property owners plumbing? This is the place. Like having your rent raised with no benefit to you and your fellow renters? Yep its here, but at least they found the money to build a whole new set of apartments at this same moment. TLDR the place is dump like living in a third world country."

"If I could give negative stars I would. The absolute worse place I have ever lived. Dishwasher has stayed broke for 2 years. Toilet has been broke for 2 years. Now the shingles are all missing and all over the ground for a month and the roof is leaking and they refuse to even come look at it nor fix it. It's trashy, it's disgusting, it's filled with mold. We had to live some where else for weeks at a time during summer because the ac broke repititively and they never fixed it. Had a maintenance man steal stuff and they couldn't even remember his name since they also can't keep staff. Rudest customer service I think I have ever encountered. Oh and while everything is literally falling apart they try to raise rent. Corydon is beautiful, but this place is the worst. Call the health department and BBB and they both said how horrid they are to get in contact with and to get them to do anything. Complete slumlords who'll get investigated one day for their complete negligence to their tenants and their property. Absolutely DO NOT move here."

"Only giving a 1 star to write this. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! Worst landlords ever. The units have bugs that they don’t ever spray for. Rain gets in the units around the windows and under the floor. There’s trash around the dumpsters and in the grass everywhere. They continuously raise your rent but don’t fix anything. They will lie if necessary to evict you. They charge you $50 just to get a tiny new mailbox key. I lived here for 5 almost 6 years and ultimately they bullied me and evicted me for owing only $290 on a water bill after I broke my arm and couldn’t work and gave me less than 2 weeks to leave. All the tenants pay different rent amounts. Some pay around $700 while others pay about $900 with no explanation and all the units are the same."
