"I have lived here almost 2 years and love it here. The place is nice and my unit was redone and love it. It is a quiet country setting . Love watching the nature and animals here and the people are very nice here. The place is sprayed monthly by black diamond to make sure nothing is brought into our homes. The manager here is very nice and kind and tries to help everyone. It did take me a little bit to get in here but had to wait on the renovation but was worth the wait. I would recommend the place to anyone. Also to comment on Liz Daughter's post this place is not discusting and is not a roach motel. I have never experienced bugs here and i am an older person and the community has alot of older in here. As far as being equal to everyone the manager always is. So unless you been in 1 of these apartments you should leave your comments to yourself. As far as getting an apartment people have to meet the criteria of company policies and the manager does not approve who gets in here the corporation does. Also to comment to Tiffani B why did the manager hang up on you? Was u at fault of any of this? Was just curious. Have never had an issue with the manager in almost 2 years and feel there are 2 sides to every story and people on both sides should act in a professional manner.."

"I agree with Liz about this apartment complex. I have been dealing with them since October 2019 for a young man that I have been helping. It is July 2020 and still no available apartments. The office manager gave us the impression that last year that there would be an apartment available end of December 2019, January, then March 2020. She states they have vacant apartments but can't get the "contruction crew" out there to renovate, they don't show up and then they lose their money from the state. None of it adds up. It has been one lie after another. Empty apartments sitting there but yet the owner is collecting money from the state for each and every apartment wether they have a tenant or not. I am going to look into it to make sure but if I am correct, I believe the owner received the money for the state December 2019 for this year. Why do they have open apartments that haven't been "rennovated" since October 2019. Why are they receiving state government money with empty apartments. I don't believe for a second they have lost money from the state because apartments haven't been renovated. They flat out lie and say they have 1and 2 bedroom apartments available on the answering machine. Office Manager said she "has to say that". I have been told so man things by her and nothing adds up. They have available apartments, they don't have available apartments, which is it... She is very rude, hung up on me 3 times today and flat out told me she does not have to talk to me. After asking repeatedly for the owners name and phone number she finally gave me a phone number to contact...... no name though....it was also not his direct line....... Let me say I don't fault the office manager because she is the middle man and is only telling me what is told to tell me. However, I do fault her because she became extremely unprofessional hung on on me numerous times and then told me she doesn't have to talk to me. She over talks me every time I call her and does her best to run me in circles and she pretty much tells me the same things each and every time after her talking non stop for 30 plus minutes. She tells me the same nonsense each and every time. There is something very fishy about this place and ALL the lies."
