"Worse company to deal with. Placed order 15 days ago and no one can tell me were my order is. I've called 3 times all I get is were looking into it will call you back with no call back. Giving the one additional day. Will report to bank as a fraudulent charge. Stay away from purchasing. Should've read others reviews prior to buying from them."

They advertise a brand new firearm but from my personal experience, I have received blemished factory seconds or downright used firearms more than 50% of the time meanwhile paying new firearms prices. Buds is simply not a reputable place to purchase firearms."

"Terrible company. I never received my package from them. USPS stated delivered at garage but the item was not there. I called and informed buds about this issue and they said they “notated,” it. After two weeks I still had not heard back and tried to call them, their answering system kept repeating my order number was incorrect and hung up on me. I then did a live chat with a bratty guy who told me no claim had been filed. I finally got their phones to work today and they decided to tell me after no email or notification they are denying my claim as USPS “confirmed,” it was delivered. I asked how? Pictures, signature? How is it confirmed? No answer. Now I have to call my credit card company and do a charge back. Run from this place, just look at the reviews this happens alot with them. Shame on you budsgunshop. I am going to do my duty and write about this everywhere I can to protect my fellow enthusiasts from your lack of customer service or care in general."

"Please reconsider if you are about to purchase any firearm assessories here....The return policy is prohibitive and unfair. After matching them to my handguns I found them to be a poor match and of a poor quality. I attempted to return them unopened and unused but was informed it fell outside of their 10 day policy (which also has other restrictions) With so may reasonable alternatives and much fairer market practices, it is unimaginable why gunowners do not find better sites than this. I will!"

"Looks like they are affiliated with Buds Gun shop so ill post my review here. Ordered 10 round clip which did not function. The gun I ordered had issues so i had to take it in for repair. Apparently when the gun was built they didnt use glue-tech so the nails came out and jammed the gun ($80 repair). They lean on warranties from the manufacturer and throw their hands up. They have also apparently been caught sending guns to scammers so they started requesting updated ID's pretending its for your safety. Based on their other reviews and my experience with them you might aswell post your ID on the Dark web for all the IT security this organization has."
