"Brought my Henry from Egunco. Ordered online, two days later it was available to me for pickup at my dealer. Prices at Egunco are the best and their customer service is excellent. "Ordered a Sig Sauer replacement barrel online that their website indicated was in stock. Charged my credit card immediately. Emailed receipt stated "All orders process and ship within 3-10 business days upon receipt of full payment". Order was placed at night, figured it would take a day or two as it was only a 4 inch barrel. After six business days, used the "Contact us" feature on their website to inquire about the order status, no response. The next day I email them directly to inquire, no response but get a separate email stating the order was processed for shipping. I responded, asking who it was shipped through and if there was a tracking number, no response. Call on the eleventh business day to inquire and was informed the barrel was not in stock. Asked why my credit card was charged for something that didn't exist and the employee blamed their distributor for not updating stock. Was informed the charge would be reversed, no apology. Charge was not reversed and several days later I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company which completed the charge back. Shady and/or inept."
