"This WAS our pool store when we needed anything. We spent $400 on what we needed to close the pool. Because of my shoulder surgery we decided to hire someone to close the pool. We went to return the product 2 days later and we treated very rudely and charged a $100 as a restocking fee. 25% is extortion. I should have read some of the other reviews on how rude everybody is there before I started buying there. Don't support a business that works like this. Drive a little further or find another place."

"I called them 2 weeks ago to close my pool today 10/30/2020 and they asked if I wanted morning or afternoon. I agreed in the morning before 12 pm. I called them this morning and the lady told me they would be here for sure before 12. She said Chase was in his was to Mt. Sterling to get supplies then come here. No show before 1230. I called at 1230 and the lady told me Chase was on his way back from Mt Sterling with supplies. Chase calls me and says he is still in Paris closing pools and he said she never told him a time to be here. So needless to say, Chase told me he would have to reschedule for Monday at the earliest and that is a work day for me... Thanks Paris Pool Supplies for wasting my time"
"Very nice big store. Not a super fan of some pricing because you can get it cheaper online but in a pinch it was decent pricing. Customer reps were very nice and helpful the moment I walked in. Very pleased to see such attentiveness. Will come by again if my normal store doesn't have what I need."
"Pushy, greedy & overpriced. Everything there is at least double the price that it is anywhere else. I’d suggest calling aurora pool & spas or Georgetown pool supply for a price quote before buying anything there."
