"The drive through closed 20 minutes ahead posted hours (8pm). I am crippled and pharmacy inside was hardship closed by the time got to it. Please close your drive through as posted, or change your posted hours"

"Staff are extremely rude. I went to the Little Clinic on a Sunday and they sent my prescription to the Kroger Pharmacy merely 10ft away. The prescription was sent at 4:43, and the pharmacy closes at 5:00pm. My husband was waiting for my prescription while I grabbed a few groceries and they closed the pharmacy without calling my name. I talked to them at 5:05 and convinced them to open the computer back up and asked if it was ready, they said no, that no one had started processing it. They were extremely condescending explaining their system to me - I have worked in healthcare for 10 years and was blown away by their lack of professionalism. I asked if I was supposed to tell them to fill the script, they said no they usually fill them as they come in but they didn’t see mine before they closed and it was my husbands fault for not checking with them. They refused to send it to another pharmacy that was open. I’ve never been treated this poorly by a pharmacist in my entire life."

"They asked me twice today "to come in 15 minutes" as the prescription was not filled yet. On my last attempt to pick up my meds I spent about 40 minutes in the line at their drive thru. The car in front of me hold the line for 25 minutes and when it was finally my turn to be served they literally shut the window down right in front of my face!!! because it's their closing time. There were two more cars behind me and we had spent a lot of time in that line before they closed. I came inside the the store where the pharmacist was locking the door. I explained to him a situation at the drive thru and asked him to give me my meds, not to leave me without medications until the next morning! He said they were closed and that's it. He also aked me if I want my prescription transfered.....the next day....... It sounded like a bad joke. Can really a medical professional leave a patient without medication overnight because they were not able to serve all the customers from the line until their closing time?...."

"The Kroger Pharmacy at Leestown has friendly, competent employees. We have always been very pleased with their service and prices. We get our routine vaccinations there and they are always methodical and demonstrate good lab technique."
