"The application process here is a JOKE. The younger lady in the leasing office is unprofessional & rude. She had an attitude from the start & acted like she hated her life the entire time. Everytime she contacted me, she was rude. Spent weeks trying to apply to this place and waited for weeks for the application to go through all to get denied. Definitely feel like they just scammed us for our money. I would not waste your time with these apartments. They definitely shouldn’t have people working in the leasing office who don’t know how to work with people!"

"Do not move here. There are so many reasons and here's the first. The management has changed about 5-6 times in the past year and a half. They do not communicate with you and emails go unanswered. I have had a Dr note to be moved upstairs due to my son's disability and the people above me being so loud 24-7. They jump and stomp and bang all the time and never sleep. I tried talking to the neighbor about my son's autism and noise but the next day they had half the neighborhood come jump above us all day. I have calle d security over 30 times and contacted the office numerous times. They never call back and the noise is still constant. My son's therapists and any guests that come over have made comments and cannot stand to be in here either. I have had multiple packages stolen from my patio as well as kids playing on my furniture out there and throwing trash everywhere the dumpsters are overflowing constantly and we saw a rat run out the other day. My car was stolen out of the parking lot as well and couldn't get any help with that either. The cops have been upstairs twice for neighbors guests and screaming . Every other neighbor on this side of my building has complained about the noise from them as well. 3 different units complained on 1 apartment buy no consequences and we just have to put up with it. So many people have been here and heard the noises and have offered to call police and office staff. I've been advised to contact tenants rights and a disability lawyer at this point since I will have to move and I did nothing wrong. I would not recommend this place to anyone or I would be embarrassed and feel awful. Worst property I've ever lived at. And the response they give on this website that they care is a complete lie and nobody will follow through. I give 0 stars."

"Well, I’ve been here almost a year. If you’re thinking about renting this apartment you better not have a car and be ready for lots of kids. The kids doesn’t bother me only when it’s 3 o’clock in the morning in the running up and down the steps they say, they have cameras, so I don’t know why they can’t stop it and I have no enemies here but I’m not having any trouble with any buddy in the office. trying to stay to myself, but I do have lots and lots of stuff in front of my door, so nobody can get in The kids around here they break bottles and pick up the glass and distilled up an air and the glass goes everywhere. So good luck"

"We totally love living here. The diversity is great. Everyone gets along great. If you see someone in the parking lot or on the sidewalk they always smile and speak. I wish everyone in the US could get along like this."
